Sebastian Schlecht

Sebastian Schlecht is a trained architect and urban planner with a broad range of experience in the fields of art, journalism, architecture, urban planning, education and participation. Today, he is an expert for integrated, green urban strategies with a focus on nature-based solutions and concepts for climate adaptation and climate protection.

After working in his own architecture firm and as a project manager in various municipal projects, he is now responsible for the strategic management of environmental and climate-related issues at the city level and in international exchange. He also founded the think tank lala.ruhr in 2020.
