Sabine Möwes

After completing her studies at the FHöV, Sabine Möwes worked in various areas of the Cologne city administration. At the end of the 1990s, she was responsible for the introduction of the city’s website in the former Press and Information Office and headed the e-government and online services department with an extensive range of tasks for many years. Since September 2017, she has been head of the newly established digitisation unit.
