The network was our guest there with their project “image green urban futures”<\/a>. Especially in \u00dcckendorf, the topic of sustainable urban development is one of the most important building blocks in the transformation of the Bochumer Stra\u00dfe neighbourhood. This is why lala.ruhr<\/a>, with the biennial of the urban landscape<\/a> from 10-24 September, is addressing the question of how we can reinvent the city, among other things. In various programme formats, the focus will be on how we can improve and promote urban landscape. The fact is: we can only do this together! That’s why Places is contributing one of three programme focuses to the Biennale.<\/p>\n

\nYou can expect XR excursions, expert lectures and the results of our week-long hackathon in residence.<\/p>\n

11 – 18.9.2022: hackathon in residence<\/strong>
\nUrban planning, creativity and sustainability meet VR, AR, AI and Big Data: We are looking for curious and open-minded people from different disciplines (architecture\/planning, IT\/digital, art\/creative industries). We offer expense allowance, accommodation, meals and the chance to win prize money.
