Next to 1null7, which will serve as a concert location during the Places _ Festival, is Phono 107, a social hub in the middle of the quarter, a living room furnished in a 50s-70s style mix that, once in a while, also becomes a stage or a dance floor. At the events that Maik Rokitta conjures from a hat, everything from techno to readings to a singer-songwriter set is on offer. At Places, the salon is cleared and the space is made available to VR.
