Oliver Ihrens is managing director and head of the conception department of Radar GmbH, which has been organising the Zeltfestival Ruhr for years. Through know-how and good contacts in the music scene, the project Die Fantastischen VR – FANTAVENTURA, which was initiated by Oliver Ihrens, came about.
